Chuck was really down to earth, non-pressuring, and helped me find the T I'm a no xx kind of guy that can't stand your typical "Car Salesman" persona. Chuck was really down to earth, non-pressuring, and helped me find the Truck I wanted without any of the stereotypical run around you always hear about. He was upfront about everything, from all of the vehicles on site and at sister sites, the discounts and financing available, and what the dealership could offer for my trade-in towards the new truck. He worked with me to find the right vehicle for my wants and budget, the financing options to ensure I walked out with a plan that worked for me and saw to upgrading and amenity downgrades on the specific vehicle I chose. He took me to the nearby gas station and filled up my gas tank once I drove off the lot. And, in my case, I'm a new grad who wanted to take the new graduate discount but forgot my proof of graduation and employment needed to get the new grad discount promotion. So, Chuck showed up to where I work the next day and picked up my paperwork to make sure I got that discount, even though it was a detour on his way to work the next day! I also did my financing paperwork with Rob Caldwell, and after saying upfront what service add-ons i did and didn't want, he was quick, straightforward, and executed the paperwork without issue or complication. Had a great experience overall, would absolutely recommend. More
