My wheel was damage when tires were rotated. Service manager ended up ordering me a new wheel. They installed my spare while I waited on the new wheel. When the new wheel came in I changed it ou Service manager ended up ordering me a new wheel. They installed my spare while I waited on the new wheel. When the new wheel came in I changed it out with the spare. I had a hard time getting the lug nuts off because they were over tightened. I had to use a cheater bar. If I had to change this on the side of the road I wouldn’t be able to break the lug nuts loose with the original lug wrench. I suggest tighten lug nuts to factory specs. In addition, when removing wheels, be careful when removing lugs to avoid damaging wheel. All this could have been avoided. More
