Poor Service report by Lavora Little I’ve had to bring my vehicle back twice. I am still experiencing the same issues that I brought it in for. I was told by service department over and I’ve had to bring my vehicle back twice. I am still experiencing the same issues that I brought it in for. I’ve called the service manager left a voicemail. He has yet to return my call. This was my first time bringing to Serra. I chose Serra because it was closer for me. But I will never do business again with them. More

Brought my new car in and left with scratches on it I was hit on the rear and it damaged my rear bumper and sensors. My car is a 2019 Kia Optima. I brought this to the shop manager and he said it was scratched when I brought it in. I disagreed with him. Nothing was done about the issue not evev when I spoke with 2 different General Managers. Very disappointed, I always buy my vehicles from Serra, now that has changed. Customer service is not on their list of customer satisfaction. Looking to purchase a vehicle for my daughter, not from Serra. More

Terrible workmanship on NEW CAR! My 2 day old Sorrento was damaged in a car wash, they paid. Serra Chev Collision kept my car longer than needed, had painted the car too close to pick My 2 day old Sorrento was damaged in a car wash, they paid. Serra Chev Collision kept my car longer than needed, had painted the car too close to pick up, waxed it too early, has a lot of places with pits in the paint, scratches, rub marks, palm print in paint and windshield installed terribly... My windshield now has a crack due to it not being installed securely. They won't respond to calls. If this had gone through insurance instead of private pay, this would not have happened. I would like to give NO STARS but it required something. More

HORRENDOUS Customer Service This location had my car for over a MONTH before they actually started working on my car. When they DID answer the phone I either spoke to Helen, who routinely told me she was too busy with customers to talk to me on the phone or I talked to David who flat out LIED about the progress of the repairs. They had my car from 3/1/2019 until, I believe, either 4/5 or 4/12. They LITERALLY only started working on it after I got in touch with Serra Corporate. David and Helen were both exceptionally rude and made it known that they resented having Rodger Bradford come down and chew them out and actually FORCE THEM to work on my car!!! I will happily set myself on fire before I ever use this repair shop again. If I could give negative stars, they'd be in the hundreds. I actually LOATHE this establishment. I won't ever be buying any cars from this location either. More

MY VEHICLE STAYED THERE FOR 3 MONTHS BECAUSE EVERYTIME SERRA TRIED WORKING THEY HAD TO ORDER PARTS. THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER HAD TO RETURN TO RECALCULATE THE DAMAGE. I WAS FURIOUS BUT I NEVER NOT ONCE THOUGHT OF MOVING MY CAR BECAUSE I KNEW I HAD THE BEST. THE FIRST ACCIDENT WAS MY FRONT BUMPER BROKE THE HANDLE OF MY A FRAME. CAR WAS READY IN 7 OR 8 DAYS. IF YOU ARE EVER IN JEED OF REPAIRING YOUR VEHIClE SERRA COLLISON IS THE BEST PLACE TO BE. I GIVE THEM 100. BEST REPAIR SHOP IN BIRMINHAM. More
