I have a Jeep Wrangler and with that comes the “Death Wobble” 5 weeks later it may or may not be fixed but I know they needed the loaner back. I drove back the loaner and it was a half tank and I drove out with a full tank. They wanted to charge me $6.00 a gallon. I had to go back twice for loaner Auto problems which cost me Gas. Gas at Sam’s is $4.39. Wouldn’t you think just Customer Service would allow bite the bullet nope I went and got gas so I could save money. I am unemployed. I can’t afford $6.00. They are so chaotic only one Service Person knows what he is doing by the name, Brandon. The Service Manager stays in his office. He did email me on the status of the Part. The things they had to fix. The “Death Wobble” look it up if you don’t know, my electric seat on driver side has never worked, and they replaced the whole counsel. Which is interesting because brought it in before and they didn’t fix it saying they couldn’t duplicate it and yet they had a name for it this time. The knobs on the radio wouldn’t work at times. It is amazing how much it does not that I wasn’t aware of before. For for full disclosure I did not buy the Jeep from them and they let me know that. I bought the xxx from Royal Oak Jeep. And it is not their fault that they sell a car that is well known for the “Death Wobble” but did not disclose it. Am I afraid to drive it yes. I am a middle aged Woman that lives by myself. So if something goes wrong I have to count on my friends. If something else goes wrong or I need an oil change I will go someplace else. More
