Within 15 minutes or less Tyler was able to locate 2 Supercrew XLT 2019 Rangers with my requested specifications! Dealing with Brian and Tyler was such a pleasure that we plan on returning to these gentlemen for our future purchases and recommend to everyone that reads this review that you ask for Brian Holiday and Tyler Kulchinsky. The customer service Brian and Tyler provided was excellent. My complete transaction was completed in 7 days. I dealt with 2 other Ford dealerships between November 29, 2019 to December 5, 2019 before trying Tom Holzer Ford. The Finance Manager Lou Zinzi was a pleasure to deal with too. The Triple Care Plan which deals with TireCare, DentCare and Windshield Care should be divulged prior to being revealed at your finance closing with the Finance Manager because this does make it feel like a pressure deal for those optional coverages. Larry Osborne was awesome to work with for explaining the technology features of our new vehicle and connecting our phones to the Ford Pass application. Larry is such a well spoken gentleman and very thorough explaining the features of our new vehicle as well as explaining the changes from our older automobile using the FordPass application. More

This was the second dealership I went into with the idea of just looking at my options. The first dealership just down the road was lacking in anything remotely close to customer service. We went up the road and into the Brian Holtzer lot. The consensus was that the Escape might suit my basic needs (not too big and easy for my daughter to slide my wheelchair into). My cousin went inside the dealership and came out with Brian Holiday. He was friendly, personable, answered our questions, provided answers to questions we hadn’t thought of, and offered test drives. Not once did I feel talked down to or rushed. It was such an easy decision to get my 2017 Escape at Tom Holtzer Ford thanks to Mr. Holiday! It was a stress free enjoyable purchase! More
