It was a seamless transition and all my questions were answered prior to the contractual meeting time so I essentially showed up, turned in the keys, signed the dotted line and drove away in my new Escape. I am always very grateful for excellent customer service that also provides accurate details, which seems to be more and more of a lost craft. Therefore, I've remained with Braheem at Tom Holzer through a few lease periods because it's always a positive experience.
