Anastasia is by far THE BEST Car Sales person i have met in my life. Having shopped for quite a while at variety of other Ford and non-ford dealerships in the past, I was lucky to come across Anastasia @ Hu in my life. Having shopped for quite a while at variety of other Ford and non-ford dealerships in the past, I was lucky to come across Anastasia @ Huntington. Anastasia is the most pleasant, accommodating and honest Sales person I have ever met. When I became interested in a ford car for my wife, I filled out an internet request and Anastasia contacted me right away. She found number of cars which met our criteria and invited my wife and myself over to Huntington to take a look at a few. My wife is a picky Ford buyer so Anastasia made sure to find what my wife wanted. Additionally, after we made our choice Anastasia offered help in getting me pre-apprroved thru Huntington. When it comes to financing, i usually leave it up to myself to take care of it - but Anastasia insisted to give her a try =) and i did. She ended up finding a better option which saved me thousands of $$$. Wife was happy with a car, and i was happy with the financial outcome and happy wife = happy life so could not beat that! We had bought 2 additional cars from Anastasia and referred additional friends and family members. Everyone is very happy with Experience Anastasia provides! I purchased a 2006 Mercury Mariner for my 18 year old daughter back in June. I bought the vehicle "as-is" after they already inspected the vehicle. I asked them if there was anything wrong with the vehic daughter back in June. I bought the vehicle "as-is" after they already inspected the vehicle. I asked them if there was anything wrong with the vehicle from a safety standpoint. They reassured me that the vehicle was safe to drive. Last week the transmission went out. I took the vehicle back to the dealership for an estimate on the repair. They told me that they couldn't fix the transmission and it needed to be replaced. So I took it a transmission shop for a second opinion. They called me back and told me that after inspecting the vehicle the transmission could be repaired and the vehicle was bandaged together in an unsafe manner. The axle was attached the vehicle with sheet metal screws not the required bolts.They were surprised that the transmission lasted that long. The axle could of fallen off the vehicle while she was driving down the freeway causing the vehicle to swerve off the road. This is the fourth vehicle I purchased from this dealership and I am totally surprised that they don't even have enough integrity to sell me a safe vehicle for my daughter to drive.They lied to me and hid the truth! What ethical person would do this! I will never go back to this dealership and would advise everyone to stay away from them. They are bad business! More
