Once again Huntington Ford has fell very short on having any decent customer service. After several bad treatments there I found myself in a pinch and felt as though they would be able to help. Had its sunroof break in the open position as the rain was moving in. My current, very well equipped dealer in Lake Orion told me to come right in to get it closed but I could not out run the rain. I contacted Huntington Ford and explained the situation to them. The very rude service advisor on the phone advised me they were very busy and might be able to look at it later if I could drop it off. I was not looking for a fix that day, just help to get my wide open sunroof closed. A simple request of any human being that owns a car with a sunroof in the rain. I was told that they would not look at it. Nothing, no help. Right on par. I contacted Skalnek Ford who was also booked up all day and was told to bring it right in. I also called Lincoln of Troy who made time to see my fusion to close my sunroof until I could have it fixed. Huntington Ford still has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with at any dealership of any car make I have ever been to. I highly reccomend driving the few extra miles north to Lake Orion More

Tonya was very professional and helpful in selecting a used vehicle after an accident that totalled the previous car. I was driving home one morning from working second shift at our warehouse at 4am and pulled into a McDonald drive-thru and heard a commercial that sounded like it was meant just for me. It was Tonya's wrif commercial telling all 3rd shift employes that were looking for new or used vehicles to give her a call and she would take the hassle out of buying their vehicle. I frantically looked for my cell to input the number as fast as possible. I had been to 6 other dealerships in the past 3 months trying to get a new or used car since my truck needed to be given to my little brother so he could have a vehicle for college. I had been turned down or not taken seriously at any of the other dealerships whether it be my age or lack of credit. After talking with Tonya and figuring out what i was looking for she sent me emails of all the cars/trucks i was interested in with all the information i wanted, since their dealership was about an hour away. After 2 weeks or so of phone calls back and forth we ran into a snag with my lack of credit again. Then one day i got a call from her which i figured was going to be just like the others saying she was going to be unable to approve me for any type of loan and good luck in my search. For some reason that phone call went a little differently telling me i was approved for a brand new 2012 fusion. I couldn't believe it, took everything i had not to scream in joy while on the phone. We got everything set up and i went in on a Friday and walked out with my new car in less than an hour. I still have no idea how she was able to get me into my car but it was her dedication and willingness to help me make it happen that has changed my life. It sounds silly but she didn't just help me out that day, shes allowed baby bro to continue on his path in life and attend the college of his dreams. There are very few people that i would hold in as high regard as Tonya. Thank you Tonya for caring and being as helpful as you were i don't know how to ever repay you for what you did for me that day but maybe this review is a start. I would recommend Tonya without a doubt to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle simply because of her personality, work ethics, and her ability to get things done. Thanks again, i wont forget this. Bad experience here. Went in for 29.00 oil change and tire rotation. Bottom line they recommend services that don't need to be done hands down. They had a bad attitude.
