I told her my budget and that I didnt want to have a cosigner and her and her manager worked with me to get me approved all within my budget and on my own. The day I went to pick up my car I was on a short leash for time being I was doing this whole process before work. I called kathy a little stressed and she reassured me everything on there end was ready to go . When I arrived Kathy was awaiting my arrival offered to help me get anything out of my car into the new one and switched the plates (she had already transferred for me ) . We walked into her office and all I had to do was my part of the paperwork .... signing ! I made it to work on time in my new Ford escape and I will continue to work with Kathy and her team.
