He went beyond what was necessary to make sure I left being a happy customer. Amazing service! Took my car in for service before I headed up north this past weekend. I got 'the works' done. A minor oil leak was found which worried me because I Took my car in for service before I headed up north this past weekend. I got 'the works' done. A minor oil leak was found which worried me because I didn't have time to do much since I was heading to traverse city the next day. Greg really put me at ease and had me come back in before I left for my trip to make sure a significant amount of oil wasn't coming out. He personally checked it for me and told me I was good to go. He even offered to let me come in after my trip to see how much oil I lost to assess how bad the leak was. It was super appreciated and really put me at ease. I will definitely be back. More
