Coming out of a two-year-old bankruptcy & foreclosure caused by a year of surgery and chemotherapy for cancer without the benefit of medical insurance, I hoped to trade in my 13-year-old, road weary VW J caused by a year of surgery and chemotherapy for cancer without the benefit of medical insurance, I hoped to trade in my 13-year-old, road weary VW Jetta for a new Kia Soul. Mike initially helped me on the phone. Brandon greeted me when I arrived at the Kia building. I told them my situation; Brandon was straightforward about the options available to me. My credit rating prior to having cancer was 780. Now, two years later, it was 719, and as in the past, everything is paid in full and on time. Still, the response to my request for a lease was refused by the finance team. They wanted me to purchase the vehicle instead, but the loan amount was beyond my budget. Mike and Brandon contacted Dave, the Kia Sales Manager, who heard my story and agreed to champion my cause by calling the finance team directly and explaining my story and situation. Within two hours, I was approved for the lease at a payment within my budget. Two days later my bright red 2013 Kia Soul was waiting for me in their delivery bay. In the course of the two hours it took to complete the paperwork, get the plates, and go through a quick "tutorial" of the vehicle's options, I came into contact with several more members of the Serra team - all of whom were very friendly, introduced themselves, and were more than happy to answer my questions. I'm blown away by the attitude and approach of all the people at Serra - they'll be my first and only stop when it's time for the next vehicle! Thank you, Mike, Brandon, and Dave - you are all my heroes! More
There are no words to explain the exemplary customer service Brandon gave to my husband and me. We bought a Kia Optima SX Turbo. I had my heart set on a Cadillac SRX but felt that the cost was more tha service Brandon gave to my husband and me. We bought a Kia Optima SX Turbo. I had my heart set on a Cadillac SRX but felt that the cost was more than I was comfortable with when I added all the options I wanted. I drove the two cars back to back a year ago and could not get the Kia off my mind. We have always bought GM cars and were having difficulty making that shift. Brandon explained the car was assembled in GA and had many US parts employing US workers. So I decided to give the car another drive and remembered how much I enjoyed driving it a year ago. The car had all the bells and whistles of a much more expensive car for a price that I was comfortable with. The looks of the car inside and out are stunning. I feel like I am in a much more expensive car than I could normally afford with a price I could absolutely afford. We’ve bought many cars over the years but never had the pleasure of having someone like Brandon assist us in making decisions and being so proactive for us. In the past I felt defensive and protective about the salespeople doing what was right for them and not what was in our best interest. Not so with Brandon. It felt more like a son trying to take good care of his family. I hope Kia truly understands that the car is fabulous but there are many great cars on the road today. I feel Kia gives you that expensive car experience for a price the average person can manage. What will make us return to Kia is the honesty and forthrightness of Brandon Foreman. I am truly excited about my new Optima and look forward to many years of enjoyment. Thank you Brandon and Kia for making this such a great experience! More
Brandon is an amazing employee and bends over backwards to help his customers. I was ready to upgrade from my 2010 KIA Soul to a brand new 2013 and sought out Brandon to help me again. While I'm only the customer I do appreciate a business that values there employee's and treats them with proper respect. Serra treats everyone with the up most respect whether you're an employee or customer. You really couldn't ask for more from a dealership. If you're looking to get into a new or used vehicle, make Serra your dealership and Brandon Foreman the man to get you into that car. You will not regret it! We will soon be looking to get my fiance into a new car and I most definitely will be returning to Brandon and Serra again! More

Brandon was the most helpful salesperson. In just 2 days he found the car I was looking for, no other dealer was able to help me. Brandon went "above and beyond" the extra mile to explain each vehicle I looked at, gave me options to help me choose because they deserve no less. My wife and I started at another dealership and we set up a deal of a trade-in plus $5K ca I have to say everyone in the dealership was very nice. My wife and I started at another dealership and we set up a deal of a trade-in plus $5K cash for a new Kia Forte. We gave a sales salesperson: Brandon a call (of witch used to work at the dealership when were first looking at cars) and he told us to come down to see him, he said it would be worth our drive and that he could give us more for our trade-in. We none the less went up to see him. When we got there Brandon was not there he was doing something for another customer. We were greated by Dave (Can't remember his last name, sorry dave), we told him we were there to see brandon, he told us that we stepped out for a min and that he could get the ball rolling as far as getting our current car appraised. When Brandon got back he told us that he would give us $13K for our trade-in(the other dealership was going to give us $12.5K). We told him that we have $5K cash and the trade-in of the old car to work with. We also told him about the other deal we set up at the other dealership. He asked us what car we wanted and what options we wanted. He told us that he would sell us the can at invoice so as to not have us buy the car from the other dealership. He then asked us if we could come up with $5.5K, we told him that we cannot. After some doing he told us that he would just give us the extra $500.00 on our trade-in (Thus making it $13.5K). He held the car for us with no money down. We were all set with the deal Brandon set up for us but the $5K cash we had we had to wait for (Lawsuit settlement). He asked us if we would have the money by May 31, we said we should but we were not sure. As it turns out the money was a bit delayed so we looked into financing. Financing was not really an option for us because I was just laid-off of work, my wife's credit was shop, and my credit was non-existent. Well after convincing my mom to co-sign (her credit was also 0 but she had a job) Brandon and Dave got it pushed through and we were approved! Brandon and Dave both did an awesome job getting my wife an I the car we wanted and did everything to give us the best deal we could have ever asked for. I recommend everyone I know to buy a car from him. This has been by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

I highly recommend Serra Kia for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. The dealership itself is very nice. Very open and inviting. Everybody I came in contact with was nice and cery willing to help. Yes you heard that right. You can be low pressure snd still sell. I also love the fact that I was able to take a test drive alone. My salesman Brandon Foreman was phenomenal is every aspect of my car buying experience. He even helped my mom and dad with questions they had about their vehicle from another dealer. He went over every detail of the vehicle before we pulled off the lot. The dealer even sent chocolate chip cookies to show their appreciation. It was so refreshing to have a great experience from start to finish. No surprises when we got to the signing. The price he told me was the price I paid. The car was fully detailed at delivery and I am 100% satisfied with my Kia Optima. More
