Rude, very disrespectful, very unprofessional, with no regard for the customer. I expressed my concerms, and the response was I was "talking down on them." They ran a car that we had already stated we wer regard for the customer. I expressed my concerms, and the response was I was "talking down on them." I'm not writing this to deter customers, I'm writing this so that the company knows the people they have representing their brand. The most distasteful piece of my experience was the insults as we were exiting the dealership. Hopefully, the company will call attention to this behavior. Service was not good at all. I got there to get break pads replace on car at 6:45 that morning, they didn’t get through until 1:00. It shouldn’t took that long to fix on my car.
