When I arrived, I was greeted immediately by a very nice young man. They took my info and ask me to wait in the lounge. The nice young man held the door open for me. I waited about 30 minutes and they were finished. From start to finish. Everyone was very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend Serra Nissan. More
