Going the extra mile! I bought a used car from Serra for my wife. It was different from what she had been driving and ended up not liking it. After talking it over with I bought a used car from Serra for my wife. It was different from what she had been driving and ended up not liking it. After talking it over with our salesman, we settled on another car, this time a new one. We live a distance from the dealership so they arranged to have someone come to our home with the new car and took away the old. We expect a few adjustments with a new car. Serra could not have settled us into our new car any smoother. In fact, I'm ready for a new one but so far, I can't get my wife to give this one up. Great experience and big value! More

I was very nervous about how much the repair was going to cost me. When I arrived there I was greeted by a smiling young lady named Kali. She was very comforting. She escorted me to the waiting room and got my car right in. When she came and told me what was wrong with the car and that it was still covered under warranty I was shocked.
