I an happy with work and customer service skills of the gentleman who checked me in and communicated with me about the job. However I am less than pleased with being charged 4 hours labor when my vehicle w gentleman who checked me in and communicated with me about the job. However I am less than pleased with being charged 4 hours labor when my vehicle was ready in less than 3 hours. I've also let Nissan know about my displeasure. My appointment was at 10 am and I got phone call @ 10:35 stating estimate and authorized you guys to start the work. At 12:59 I received a call my vehicle was ready. That is not 4 hours labor! More
