I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told at that time my wait would be 2 hours and I agreed to wait. The waiting area was clean and so was the restroom which was a plus. Very pleased, got it back earlier than estimated, why sensor would fail at less than 18,000 miles - not good. Service center had a bit of problem locating and processing vehicle after tow in, once contac sensor would fail at less than 18,000 miles - not good.
