The experience was good, but I was told on the phone they did not accept appointments on Saturdays, it was first come first serve. When I got there Saturday morning they had appointments coming in and in fro did not accept appointments on Saturdays, it was first come first serve. When I got there Saturday morning they had appointments coming in and in front of me, so I had to come back later for an oil change. New employee mistake. More
