I was good with the service when I came in for an oil change. They did tell me I needed new tires. So i ordered them. Well i was still charged for the tire rotation even tho they informed me that I neede change. They did tell me I needed new tires. So i ordered them. Well i was still charged for the tire rotation even tho they informed me that I needed new tires and would be back the next day to get my tires put on. I came in the next day around 9:30am because johnathan was able to squeeze me in even though they were packed. I didn’t leave till almost 3 hours later. Now honestly I had nothing to complain about on the wait but I was still kinda put off about being charged for the tire rotation when I ordered a whole set of new tires and also paid the price for get them put on. Im grateful that they got me in but I was charged for something that was pointless. The service advisor said that I would get a free oil change because I spent so much money in two days. I asked for something in writing but he said it was “gentleman’s agreement.” Hopefully that still stands when I go back. More
