No, NOT awesome. Car promised 1 week after fully paid for purchase but still not delivered weeks later. Now delayed to 4/24/22. Terrible customer service. Bought a truck online and when we picked it up the headlight was broken. Was promised that they would ship us a new one and it was never done. Also paid $2500 for a "pre-inspection" only to get the truck with low tire pressure, the oil was not changed and the hose to the windshield wiper was busted. Now they are calling and hanging up when we answer. We have even tried to return the call only to be told that it is not a working number. I don't know if this is a ploy to have documentation that they called. Completely unprofessional. More
It was horrible. I had an appointment for a recall and service. The guy wrote my name and phone number down on an index card and took my key. I have never been there before, but pretty sure that wasn’t the proper way. I told him I wanted it serviced, recall done, and check the oil leak and call with estimate. I then added before I left to check the driver’s door handle, it was loose and needed fixing. He wrote it all down on the index card. I asked him if I needed to sign anything, he said no, and took my key. I got a call few hours later and we discussed the oil leak. Everything was good in the conversation and I told him I would come get it. When I got back, I went inside and discussed the service. I asked if they did the recall and she had to check. It was a SAFETY recall and it wasn’t even addressed. She then called parts and had them order the part. The door handle was not addressed. I said don’t worry about it, do it next time as I didn’t have time. So I paid for my parts on order and got my key to leave. I get in my car and cranked it, put in reverse and the transmission spins a little bit, ok. I get it to back up and then I put in drive and it spins, will not go, just revs up as if not going in gear. I managed to get it parked and went back inside. I told the guy and immediately get “we didn't touch transmission”. I never said you did, I just said it wasn't right and you serviced it. He gets in and backs it up, seemed ok, he puts in drive a couple of feet and it goes ok, then I can hear it as he does it a couple more times to check, it was definitely giving him a hard time and spinning . He got out and said “it is driving just as it was when you left it”. It was not. Transmission was not an issue before. I took the car and left. As I get closer to home, less than ten minutes away, it is progressively getting worse. I get home and decided to check under the hood. The transmission fluid was splattered all over around the stick. I pulled it to check, yes it was cranked, and not a drop. I had absolutely NO transmission fluid. Now I am all for mistakes can happen. I am also all for letting someone make it right if it is wrong. But for him to drive it and look me in the face and tell me it was like that before, come on. I have parts on order so I have to go back and let them finish the work. I just don’t know if I have faith that they didn’t accidentally drain the transmission fluid and not refill it. Just the fact that he acted like nothing was wrong with it, even after he drove it, says enough for me. I work at a service center, if we make a mistake, we make it right. That is how you keep your customers. This could have caused major damage had I had further to drive. Thank goodness I made it home ok. More
