I went in for an oil change on 3/11/22 and they put in synthetic oil and not my usual oil. They did not ask me which oil I wanted and didn’t check my account to see what I had been using. After I complained she used a coupon and I paid $55.00. The person that worked there told me that I have to let them know what kind of oil I want. I’ve never had to do that before. Express oil is cheaper than 83.00. So I guess I have to go to them from now on. More

If I could leave 0 or negative stars I would. We traded in a 2020 Jeep Gladiator for a 2022 Kia Carnival. We were told by the sales rep that the new Kia had XM and wifi. The car has 2 built in screens so the wifi was a very improtant item to have for our kids. XM was also wanted as we drive to a lot to see family. After buying the car and heading home the dash above the radio had a defect, no xm radio, and there was no wifi (unable to use screens without wifi) At this point nothing else went right. Bought the car on 2/19 and all week tried to get an appointment to have it fixed. Was passed around every day and never could get a service appointment. Finally had one scheduled for Monday 2/28 and 7:30am. We live an hour and 20 minutes away and I took a personal day at work to take care of this. Arrive at 7:30am and I am not even on the schedule nor is there even a tech that is able to work on my car. Spent multiple hours waiting to find out my car is not equipped with either XM or wifi. Then the solution was to offer me a portable XM device on my brand new car and go get a hot spot from my cell provider. I was told they would pay for the hotspot and now they are not paying for what it cost per month. I bought a car that I was told had XM and wifi and it has neither. Absolute worst way to do business and ZERO customer service. It is unbelievable what I paid for the car to not have 2 items we were told it had. More

I bought a truck being promised that they would fix the paint on the whole truck. They fixed half of it and said that’s all they agreed to.
