I know that conditions are difficult but three hours for routine service (oil change and tire rotation) is unacceptable. I drive 25 miles to get here and won’t continue to do that when quick lube places are minutes from my home and will have me out in 30 minutes tops. Love my car but need better service option. More
These folks are great, no pressure no hassle. I was treated very good. From the manager all the way to finance. I was treated very good. From the manager all the way to finance. More
Where do I begin. They rushed me through the paperwork, knowing I had to leave. I still had to come back up and pick up the car, but they pushed me to sign every piece of documentation then. I was told I was signing a promissory type of note, but when I got back to finance they pushed me to sign them all. When I brought it home there was a nail in the tire. Then I realized there were lug nuts that required a master key in order to change a tire. Which stressed me out because the tire pressure light would not go off. I had to take it back 3 times. Once for the nail, once for the gas cap cover they promised to replace upon purchase, and once for the lug nuts. (The replaced it with a black one, my car is white). They still have not fixed the strobing LED lights that they promised to fix. I have to take it to another serra dealership, as the one I bought my car from does not know how to fix it. I’m addition, the tire pressure light has to be turned off manually. The lady in service told me she would show me how, as well as go ahead and get it turned off. After visiting 3 times, it is still not off. In addition 32 days after buying it, I had to get the heater housing replaced, which cost me over $1000. Regarding being rushed through the paperwork, they slipped in a $2300 service contract, which I was told I was getting a gap contract, which I paid $900 additional dollars for. Maybe the service contract would have covered that but I didn’t even know I purchased this!!! I began to take a closer look at my paperwork when I noticed the interest rate on my monthly statements doesn’t add up. When I bought my car from the dealership, I noticed a strobing light in their lobby. Three visits back over a month time, and the lightbulb has still not been changed. That is a good indicator of the lazy and sloppy and unprofessional nature of this establishment. And a little unethical in my dealings with them. I wasn’t going to leave a review bc I just don’t do that. But after all these issues, and after finding how the screwed me in the paperwork and pricing today, I decided to tell my story. More
Still waiting on papers for title I was told it would be emailed to be in a day! emailed to be in a day! More
I purchased a car and Raleigh was kind and professional from start to finish! The driver’s visor had to be replaced so when it came in, I brought the car back to the service department and both people I en from start to finish! I didn’t get the lady’s name who me and routed me to the repairman who installed the new visor. I will definitely visit again! More
