I was extremely pleased with the buying experience of my new 2022 K5 GT-Line. My sales person was Justin Debleick. Although newer to the sales side of the industry, he went to great lengths to ensure I was new 2022 K5 GT-Line. My sales person was Justin Debleick. Although newer to the sales side of the industry, he went to great lengths to ensure I was happy with my purchase, the vehicle itself, and the experience. I was quite disappointed in the service of the service department in getting my vehicle prepared for puck up in a timely manner. I purchased the car the night before and called as soon as the dealership opened the next morning for an ET of when to pick up my vehicle. I was told in about 2 5 hours, which was lunch I took my uncle break to pick up the car, only for it not to be ready. I had to take an extended lunch that I was not paid for. I was told an overheard that the tech preparing my vehicle had been talked to before about this same issue of wasting customer's time. I deducted one star based on this. All other staff members were stellar. More
