Also when I bought the truck the antenna was broken off salesman told me to bring it back and the service department would repair it.They said they would order the part and call me when it came in never heard from them. I test drove a 2014 Jeep and wanted my husband to test drive it the next day and they requested I put a $500 hold on the vehicle and they would return it if the vehicle was not purchased or they would put drive it the next day and they requested I put a $500 hold on the vehicle and they would return it if the vehicle was not purchased or they would put this amount towards my down payment, if we decided to purchase. My husband came and test drove the vehicle and it was unsafe to drive. I was then told the finance manager was not in to call back for the refund of my $500. I have emailed and called with no response and no refund. It has been over 2 weeks. Now I am having to drive an hour back down there to speak to someone in person and also been in contact with my bank to see if they can reverse the charge. More

Salesman Ashley Adcock was willing to say anything to make his sale without backing it up and when held accountable for what he offered got openly mad and had a tantrum, throwing car keys on his desk. We looked at a used vehicle and had some issues we wanted taking care of and after three attempts the dealership still failed to take care of all the issues and everyone seemed to have a finger to point at someone else. I plan to buy another vehicle soon but will never visit this dealership again and would suggest that no one else does either! More
