Courteous and timely. I was greated with a smile by Frankie. He asked why I was there, but because it was freezing outside he hurriedly got me inside to complete the proces I was greated with a smile by Frankie. He said it would take about 2 hours to fix the recall, but he would put one of his best people on it. In less than an hour I was walking out the door. I consider that customer first service!
