We had several customers, yourself included, who arrived late for their appointment time on this particular day. When customers arrive late for their appointed times, we have to work them in when possible, as we also have customers that arrive on a walk-in basis. This can often cause a longer than expected wait time. Being in a rush, the oil light did not get reset and for that we apologize. We greatly appreciate our customers and hope that each customer has a positive experience within our dealership. We do hope that you allow us to serve you again.
