I'm completely dissatisfied with the level of communication coming from this dealership. I've spoken to corporate and they've informed. me that your service manager was supposed to have called me communication coming from this dealership. Bad news but given in a class-act way I came in to have diagnostics done on an oil and coolant leak. The news was NOT good...$2500-$4500 for repairs. I just paid $8000 for the car in the s I came in to have diagnostics done on an oil and coolant leak. The news was NOT good...$2500-$4500 for repairs. I just paid $8000 for the car in the summer and was devastated. Kori was so nice, getting advice for me from the mechanic. She also did not charge me for the diagnostics. I learned about serra through an advertisement I had spent the better half of Friday at another dealership left disappointed they could not offer me the deal or payment that I needed so on Saturday spent the better half of Friday at another dealership left disappointed they could not offer me the deal or payment that I needed so on Saturday I called serra told them what I needed gave them some basic info they told me to come down around 12noon they could put me in a car and th is exactly what the did I really appreciated everyone of the staff they all we warm caring and professional great experiences I sent my friends down and they were able to get her on a car the same day thank you serra staff More
