I was looking to trade in my vehicle and had been communicating with Taylor. I arrived at Volkswagen and saw him upset. I have purchased phones from him when he worked at metro and T-Mobile. I know Taylor's character and it is very rare to see him that upset. He saw me and was polite and he didn't know I saw him upset. I asked him what was wrong and He informed me that he purchased a vehicle and the dealership refused to fix it. I feel very uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If a sales man is treated that badly I can only imagine what they would do to me. I don't recommend Serra Volkswagen to anyone. More

This dealership is very unorganized and seem to be very entitled to sales as if there are not other dealerships that are offering top notch cx service, they call themselves fixing what was messed up to only have it end in one of my keys to the car I’VE PURCHASED held (supposedly) because they haven’t received funding from the bank and the girl Kacey loud and over talking me, I guess to fast talk the conversation to an end... (So I’ve left with an entire vehicle and 1 key) and have to wait on my extra. The excuses this dealership comes up with is beyond me for the level of professionalism they are SUPPOSED to have. To have had to be subjected to the very aloof treatment from this group of individuals that represent Tony Serra are doing him a HUGE disservice and I feel like I’ve missed out on the customer service I deserve dealing with this group! I most definitely will be referring everyone that looks to me for shopping advice to Jim Burke or ANYWHERE other than Serra Nissan This is not the place if you want an experience other than one that signifies your business is not important or worthy!
