As always, my car wasn't reset so now every time I get into my car I have warning signals binging at me. How do I know for sure that work was done ! My "oil change now" light still comes on. I'm completely dissatisfied with the level of communication coming from this dealership. I've spoken to corporate and they've informed. me that your service manager was supposed to have called me communication coming from this dealership. Bad news but given in a class-act way I came in to have diagnostics done on an oil and coolant leak. The news was NOT good...$2500-$4500 for repairs. I just paid $8000 for the car in the s I came in to have diagnostics done on an oil and coolant leak. The news was NOT good...$2500-$4500 for repairs. I just paid $8000 for the car in the summer and was devastated. Kori was so nice, getting advice for me from the mechanic. She also did not charge me for the diagnostics.
