Awful experience I brought my car for a recall and oil change/inspection. They initially didn’t complete the recall service and didn’t tell me, but I read through the I brought my car for a recall and oil change/inspection. They initially didn’t complete the recall service and didn’t tell me, but I read through the paperwork and saw that it hadn’t been done. I insisted that they complete the recall, after the woman assisting me told me it isn’t a big deal and not to worry about it even though I told her I was driving across the country. The ABS system had a software issue that was overall very dangerous. I ended up waiting at the dealership for 10.5 hours because of the poor communication. I had to leave my car there for the whole weekend though I was told the recall service would only take 45 minutes when I scheduled the appointment. More
