battery check Upon arriving at 1500 Centerpoint Parkway in Birmingham Al I was poorly greeted with very few words of why I bought my car in for service .it shouldn' Upon arriving at 1500 Centerpoint Parkway in Birmingham Al I was poorly greeted with very few words of why I bought my car in for service .it shouldn't have took more than 30-45 minutes to do a battery test but I was kept their for about 2 1/2 hours or more I pacifically said I had to get a jump off to bring in the car for a battery test best my battery was under warranty Amy Harbinson never checked back to give me an update as to where nor how long it would be but she did send another service advisor to come in with to speak with me with these outrageous up pricing on a battery was purchased at this particular dealership Serra Nissan I. Was only there to get that done and pay a portion of the proration for the battery for 2 1/2 hour which I thought was ridiculous I want be retuning nor will I refer anyone to this location . More
