The only thing that I wish was different was the website showed that the oil change was $76, which is find but that is only the price for the supplies, it did not include labor. It makes me wonder if the other services shown also does not include labor in the cost. I would think something as simple as an oil change would show pricing including everything except tax. More

Serra Nissan Altima Alignment Took my Altima in for an alignment at Serra Nissan on 4/24/19. On the positive side...the service advisor was friendly, my car was taken back quickly Took my Altima in for an alignment at Serra Nissan on 4/24/19. On the positive side...the service advisor was friendly, my car was taken back quickly and the alignment was completed quickly...Now for the negatives....on the printout sheet for the alignment the rear was out of factory spec. The service advisor stated that the technician told her that they do not adjust the camber on alignments (which was the value out of factory spec) and only adjust the toe. I thought this was unacceptable for a Nissan dealership to not take the time to dial in all values of an alignment on a Nissan vehicle. There were also a couple of other values that were just barely within factory specs. This is the reason I came to the dealership and paid $100 for this to be performed. I could have had an alignment done at the tire dealer for $60 and had the same level of work performed or possibly more. To top it off, I was told the front brakes, rear brakes, front rotors and rear rotors need to be addressed immediately when I just left my mechanic 1 hour earlier from installing new tires and brakes were fine. More

Great service I brought my VW in for shifting problems and to have 2 different recalls dealt with. Service was fast, work was done on time and done the same day. The other dealer in town does not pick up their phone, takes several days wait for just the diagnostic, and doesn’t stay on schedule. Serra was fantastic to deal with, professional, and moves all of their service at a great pace. A+! More
