We do appreciate our customers and try to work with any issues that may arise from a service or purchase. I see that you purchased a 2012 Ford Escape in February. I was told by both our service and sales depts that there was an exhaust issue and that the exhaust was replaced at no cost to you. No one has heard of any further issues with the vehicle. However, you did receive an extended warranty with your vehicle purchase if anything in the future arises.

They didn’t fix it correctly because the oxygen sensor that goes to the exhaust is broken now it was working until they installed the exhaust system in which the oxygen sensor is part of it it hooks up to the exhaust
