19 Jetta R-Line with sluggish start and ECP warning (car would not accelerate) on Tuesday afternoon. I called Serra VW Service late, but they told me to bring it in. I needed a new battery, but Serra had no would not accelerate) on Tuesday afternoon. I called Serra VW Service late, but they told me to bring it in. I needed a new battery, but Serra had none in stock due to the OEM product in short supply. Joe Nance called other VW locations and found the correct battery. Service was completed on Friday. I have had other (non-VW) vehicles in "the shop" for over 6 weeks. I think Joe Nance was thoroughly professional and pleasantly speedy with his service. More
