Everything was good as long as they me a vehicle. 2 weeks later the rack pinion went, seals leaking on both ends. Even know the truck was used they wasn’t really willing to help me with the cost of replace t later the rack pinion went, seals leaking on both ends. I realize the truck was used, a 2014 Toyota Tacoma with only 85,000 on it and after calling for a week and no one would speak to me a nd when they decided they kept passing it to someone else. I traded a 2021 Sentra with 3000 miles on it you would think after only having the truck 2 weeks they have been willing to help with at least some of the cost. I had to replace the windshield wipers which were shot plus a headlamp bulb which cost a $113. I put brand new tires on the truck which cost $840, and it had two different taillight lens and that was another $90.00 Then the rack and pinion was $840. Bought new Tacoma floor mats for it which was around $90.00 You would that Serra nisssn would have helped me with the rack and pinion. I paid $2000.00 down on the truck and then it cost me right at another $2000.00. I could have the $4000.00 and almost a new Tacoma. I could have bought the truck from a buy here pay lot and they would had paid to get rack and pinion fixed. I am very disappointed in all of Serra nisssn dealerships because all they care is selling a vehicle and the xxxx with customer service. That’s no way to treat a loyal customer that has bouht 7 Nissan’s from Cullman and Centerpoint. I will never buy another nissan as long as I live. Your customer is really appalling to me. You lost a valuable customer in me. Plus I called for over week and no one would return. Thanks for nothing. Jeff Carrer More
