After 3 weeks, Serra Volkswagen still had not brought my car in for even a diagnostic test. Multiple times each week, they told me that there was only 1 car ahead of mine and that is would be looked at sho car in for even a diagnostic test. Multiple times each week, they told me that there was only 1 car ahead of mine and that is would be looked at shortly. I took my car to another repair facility and the diagnostic and repair took less than 2 days. Serra tried to charge me even though they had done nothing with my car. I would never recommend anyone go here and I will actively tell people to avoid Serra Volkswagen. What a pathetic business. More

Great service. Could’ve used better communication. I scheduled an appointment and I asked if they would call me to let me know the results from the inspection they said they would. I only received an email that luckily I checked and then there was a time limit to approve the suggested fixes for the car. I had questions about the suggestion made from the inspection and it took a bit of time for me to get through to someone. ilI just get a little rushed and was expecting a call so my questions and concerns could be answered. Overall it was a good experience. More
