Bought a used 2014 Passat. Had a recall on it. The service team had the part in stock and got me in very quickly, within a couple of days. They said it would take approximately 45 min. From the time service team had the part in stock and got me in very quickly, within a couple of days. They said it would take approximately 45 min. From the time I got there until I left it was exactly 45 min. It was nice that they were on time and got it fixed quickly. Also appreciated that they reached out to me after the service to make sure I was satisfied. Obviously they have great customer service. More
