The degree of honesty, INTEGRITY and helpfulness demonstrated by our sales person, Mr. Behnke and this dealership was 10 out of 10 level. He was ALWAYS quick to respond, highly knowledgeable, and completely ACCURATE about the condition of the car. He answered all questions in a timely manner and kept in close contact. He made a great recommendation for transport, which relieved another big stress and challenge, and worked out very well for us. As for the Pricing Bottom line: very fair for the value of this car. Customer bottom line: the degree of trust required to make this purchase from afar, with confidence, can't be overstated! Our sales person and Shaheen Chevrolet proved themselves easy to work with and enormously trustworthy! Bill is there after you purchase your car and takes the time to make sure any problems I might have are taken care of to my satisfaction. He always finds me the right car and gets me the best possible deal for the new car I want and for my trade in. The dealership makes sure you have a car to drive if you need to take your car in for service. If you need a ride to work or home while your car is being serviced they will do that. They have a car wash and is free everytime you service your car for anything. They also, have refreshments (snacks,beverages) in their lounge while you are at the dealership. One of the nice things that Shaheen's offer is when you purchase a new or used car there is a catered dinner for all the customers. This is a catered dinner with food like you have at a wedding reception, not crap! They also, have tons of drawings for expensive items. Even if you don't win, you go away with knowledge and knowing that you will be cared for long after your purchase. They will make it right!! Screw Them!!! I would give them less than a 1 if I could. I bought a car from them a year ago in October. I have never had issues with this car. All of a sudden, I am being told by a guy doing my oil change that oil is getting into the overflow container. He actually showed me what was going on. I took it to Shaheen Chevrolet. They looked at my car and told me that the ENTIRE engine had to be replaced. This car was ONLY bought a year ago!!! I always kept up with the oil changes and never had any other issues. Once they told me what was wrong with the car, I immediately received a call from the sales department. They asked me how much I had left to pay on the car and so forth. They were really pushy in regards to me getting a new car. With no car and my car still with their mechanics, they wouldn't call me when they said they would and when they finally did, it was to tell me that they couldn't get me a new car. For all the work that needed to be done on my car, they were going to charge me $6300!!!! Something told me to take my car to another mechanic. When I told them that I would be coming for my car and taking it somewhere else, they were very rude and the guy went on and on about how my car wouldn't be fixed right. I was forceful in trying to get me to tell him where I was sending my car. I refused to tell him! When I called the new mechanic he looked at my car immediately and told me everything that was wrong with it. Everything he said was consistent with the dealership. He only charged me $2500. When the tow truck came to pick up my car, he asked them where my car was in the lot, (by the way they have numbered lots for the mechanics area, so they would've had to give him the number so he new where to go), the guy told him "you'll just have to find it yourself." Also, my window scraper for snow was stolen! Do NOT shop with Shaheen Chevrolet. There is no reason why I should've had to get the whole engine replaced after only having the car for a year. They sold me a lemon and tried to rush me into just giving up my car. The mechanics overcharged me completely and were very rude and persistent in getting me to tell them who I took my car too. More

New Truck We bought a used vehicle that had a part that needed to be replaced. There a miscommunication at first but it was fixed.
