I drove into Sheheen yesterday without an appointment very upset about car trouble and although it was already 1 P M the team did everything, they could to make sure that all of the problems were solved very upset about car trouble and although it was already 1 P M the team did everything, they could to make sure that all of the problems were solved and I was on my way by 5:30 closing time. I was in for a oil change, filter, and tire rotation. I arrived at my appointment time and within minutes was taken in to have the work. I also had my car appraised to either sell or trade in. I want to say this dealership is great at selling you a vehicle. I have been a long time customer here but may never buy here again. If you bring you vehicle in to get fixed under warranty you may not b vehicle. I have been a long time customer here but may never buy here again. If you bring you vehicle in to get fixed under warranty you may not be given a loaner and could be without your vehicle for undetermined amount of time. If you can't give a free rental during service, then why buy new vehicles from this dealership. There are many other dealers around that will gladly take care of their customers but not this one. Do your research before buying here, due to refusal to accommodate the customers. More
