We bought a used 2016 Diesel Silverado with 62,000 miles on it at a different Chevrolet dealership. 4 days later the check engine light came on. Took it to Shaheen Chevrolet. We had 2 blown head gaskets, ne on it at a different Chevrolet dealership. 4 days later the check engine light came on. Took it to Shaheen Chevrolet. We had 2 blown head gaskets, needed a new radiator and a new turbo charger. The dealership we bought the truck from said we should have bought the almost $800.00 year warranty. They would not help in any way with our $14,000 repair bill. Dale Wagner, assistant service manager at Shaheen contacted Chevrolet and they agreed to pay $10,000. The Diesel mechanic, Nick worked non stop on our truck. When we picked up our truck it was in perfect working condition. Thank you to Dale and Nick at Shaheen for making this horrible experience more pleasant. If you need any service work done, especially on a diesel go to Shaheen and let Nick do your repairs. Caitlin was proficient and did immediate follow-up when the technician could not diagnose the problem on the initial analysis. Vehicle was returned with brake shoe dust all over the left rear wheel, which the technician could not diagnose the problem on the initial analysis. Everybody seemed annoyed to help, the girl who helped direct me when i pulled In my car was rude. The whole point i came in for was an automatic starter, they kept my car for the night came back the next direct me when i pulled In my car was rude. Didn’t tell me they weren’t able to do what i wanted. I said I wanted the automatic start i had The money and they said to take my car and they would call me and never received a call.
