I arrived at Shaker Ford not knowing if I was in a position to make any purchase much less get into the exact vehicle I wanted. I expressed several concerns to my salesman, who I must say, was a complete gentleman. Having walked out of another dealership less than 30 minutes prior, Jim not only heard my concerns, but truly took every effort to address them. Throughout the entire process of reaching a deal on my trade in and finding the right vehicle to purchase, I was never pressured or rushed in any way. To my surprise, not only was I able to purchase a vehicle, I was able to purchase the EXACT vehicle I set out for. My salesmans knowledge of current dealer incentives and rebates, as well as his fair, no nonsense, attitude truly made this deal possible and the experience pleasurable. It would be wrong of me to not mention the overall professionalism and knowledge of the other employees who helped in this process, the finance person, Cindy, service techs, and the detail folks. My new car was delivered absolutely perfect and clean as a whistle. There is no doubt I will be a repeat customer for many years to come. More

We told him we were not quite sure what we were looking for except a sedan that was fairly new and we were shopping around. He listened to us carefully and showed us several vehicles. He was very patient with us. We took a 2012 Ford Fusion for a test drive, Bill pointed out features that the vehicle had. He answered all our questions and explained the 7yr warranty to us. We looked at other vehicles and then said since we were shopping around we wanted to check out other vehicles at other dealers. He said that was fine and wished us good luck in finding what we wanted. We did go to another dealer and decided on going back to Shaker's. My husband decided to purchase the 2012 Ford Fusion. We did not have all the paperwork that we needed with us. We said we would be back in a couple of hours and if he would get the vehicle ready for us. We did not leave a deposit, just our word that we would return. When we returned, Manny Pinho took our check, transferred plates and insurance and my husband was able to drive away. I would definitely recommend this sales man and Shaker Family Ford to anyone shopping around for a new or used vehicle. There was no pressure by Bill, just a great person who listened, answered all our questions and is an asset to the dealership. More

Great Experience! I walked on the lot looking for a used Mustang. I met with Sal Catalano who was excellent. He spent over an hour with me which included test driving I walked on the lot looking for a used Mustang. I met with Sal Catalano who was excellent. He spent over an hour with me which included test driving the Mustang Roush which he knew I had no intention of buying. I just wanted to drive it. When it was all said and done I walked out with a 2015 Mustang GT that I love. Sal put no pressure on me. He was very pleasant to talk to. He located the car that same day. The close process was all done over the phone. The finance person, Cindy I believe, was also great. No pressure to add additional packages. She very politely explained them and let me pick what I wanted. With Sal I definitely felt the Shaker Family environment and looking around at the old pictures from when the business was formed gave me confidence that they will be around for a long time if I need them. From the first moments on the lot the staff was friendly but not pushy. This is a big consideration for me because as soon as I am bombarded I walk off the lot. Upon meeting with my dealer Blair he located and brought around the car that I was interested in and allowed us to look at it without being hounded. We had plenty of time to sit in and look at all the features. While taking the car for a test drive Blair showed his knowledge while telling us about the features casually while letting us feel the ride of the car. After the ride Blair explained to us all the benefits of the car including what being certified meant in terms of warranty. Even while talking numbers there was never any pressure to commit to the car which I greatly appreciated. It felt like talking about a car with a family member not a dealer. More
