I Purchased an Pre-Owned Toyota Prius - What A pleasure! I was in the market for a pre-owned fuel efficient Toyota Prius and As I was searching online with autotrader.com when I came across a Prius at Shaker I was in the market for a pre-owned fuel efficient Toyota Prius and As I was searching online with autotrader.com when I came across a Prius at Shakers Family Ford, My first thought was "Should I even think about buying a Toyota from a Ford Lincoln dealer?" As I made my initial phone call just to see if the car was still available, I Spoke to KAY Bekurti. This guy was awesome! He was so knowledgeable about this Toyota, I actually thought I had called a Toyota dealer. Kay knew everything about this car! Since I was coming from New York, Kay even went out to the car and recorded a video and emailed it to me to help me decide if this car was right for me. Once I got to the dealer, Kay had the car prepared and ready for me for a test drive. Absolutely no wasted time, The test drive was nice, Kay showed me some features about the car that I didn't even know. it was great. So once we got back to the dealer and went to the desk. Kay was very professional, He asked me what are my needs and he worked with me. at no point did he try to sway me or steer me into another car that was outside my budget, Kay is very open and he gave me a very good offer immediately, I personally hate it when some other dealers give you an inflated price and then the "manager" comes out and give you a fake discount. BUT that was Not the case here. Kay was very open and give me a good price, He treated me with good old fashion respect!! SOLD!! I am very happy. Additional Kudos to the very friendly receptionist AnnaMarie, and Thank you to Cindy Bugbee, She took care of all my paperwork and registration, Cindy was great, she even made all the boring paper work almost fun! Bottom line is I got an great price with great service, I cant say enough good things about Kay and the entire Shakers Ford dealership. THANKS!! - Kevin C. More

She has assisted me and especially Cathy with special vehicle orders, and always has the answer to any question raised relating to a Ford Vehicle. Cindy Bugbee was the Financial Managers I worked with recently. She was extremely thorough and explained all aspects of the financing and vehicle options available. This excellent Customer Service is a testament to the level of professionalism the Shaker Family has brought to this dealership. I plan to purchase many more vehicles in the future at this location.
