I have been searc Jonathan Irizarry, my Sales Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable about the SUV that I have had my eye on for quite some time now. I have been searching high and low for a pre-owned/pre-certified 2013 Ford Explorer Sport with bucket seats in the second row, as my husband and I have 2 sets of twins that we need to accommodate comfortably and easily. We were thrilled when our friend had located the Explorer at Shaker. I called to make an appointment to see the SUV and that is when I was put in touch with Jonathan. From the time we spoke on the phone, to the time we actually met, he was nothing but polite and professional. He took the time to go over every nook and cranny in the SUV, while keeping the attention of all 4 of our children. Amazing! Inside of the dealership they have a room with glass walls, for easy viewing, set up for the kiddos, where they can play Wii or watch a movie. Our kids entertained themselves in the room, while Jonathan, Eddie Shaker (Sales Manager) and I could discuss numbers right outside of the 'play' room. My family and I were offered donuts, water, coffee, and all sorts of goodies. When it came time to purchase the Explorer and sit with Manny Pinho, the Business Director, our children were completely content in the 'play' room and/or watching sports on the big flat screen. My husband and I were completely relaxed when it came time to sign the papers because we new that our children were happy, safe and having a good time. We were so relaxed that we were hoping Manny would have taken up some more of our time, but he was just too efficient for that! I really cannot say enough about my entire experience at Shaker Family Ford. Jonathan was the icing on the cake, as he made me feel confident and excited about this special purchase of mine. More
