The particular vehicle we wanted was due into Shakers and not on the lot yet. Spoke to Dom, and he had another Navigator ready for us to test drive and check out. The only difference between the model we wanted and the model we drove was the DVD Entertainment system, everything else was the same down to the color. The Navigator was perfect. Dom showed us all the options and explained them also. Two days later, the Navigator arrived. Dom contacted me and we made an appointment to finalize the deal. The finance manager Manny is also great to work with, and made all the paperwork a breeze. My famiy and I just can't see buying a vehicle any where else. More
