I returned because I was so happy with past vehicles and also with their service department. Linda Messinger and the Shaker family will do anything to make my ownership of a Ford/Lincoln enjoyable and affordable. The minute I met my salesperson, Cathy Reed, I could tell she was very knowledgable and wanted to fully understand my car needs. Turns out she kew me better than I knew myself. Upon observing my driving style she recommended the Sport over the Limited which I originally thought I wanted. I am so glad she steered me in that direction - the Explorer Sport is amazingly fun to drive! No more boring carpools. Cathy is a pleasure to work with. She is confident in her product and therefore encouraged me to do side by side comparison online of the all the vehicles I was considering. Everything she said about the Ford proved to be accurate and there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever - just solid pricing and a solid product! I can't imagine ever shopping anywhere else! More

This past Friday, 5/8/15 Best auto leasing experience ever hands down! My Sales Rep. Dom Lacapra was the best, and really made everything go smoothly. This past Friday, 5/8/15, I contacted Family Ford and spoke with Sales Manager Jim Shiavo. I told him I was interested in a Fusion and what options I would like to have. I then spoke with Dom and sceduled a visit. When I got there, Dom had a Fusion ready and waiting for a test drive. The first car I drove was what I had asked for, but just didn't feel like a perfect fit. Dom knew exactly where the right Fusion was. We drove out to it, and then scheduled a test drive for this model for the following morning, as I was pressed for time. The Fusion was out front Saturday morning ready. We test drove this one, and I was sold. Dom and Jim came up with a great deal, and I took delivery of the car today. Great car, and great dealership. No games, just straight up great and knowlegable service. I leased this car, so we get to do it again in three years! More
