overall an exciting and stressfree experience. i just bought my new MKZ and I am completely in love to say the least.. unhappy Customer I had went to a Lincoln dealership located in Watertown CT, to purchase a 2012 MKZ, I had seen the day prior to seeing it online . I told one of the salesmen, I owned a Lincoln which I have driven for 5 years and preferred to stick with a Lincoln model car. A salesman named Mr.Catalano said, he had something to show me before he grabbed the keys to my Lincoln for a trade-in value. He had given me a test drive and keys to a 2016 Ford Fusion. I drove the Ford and I eventually like the built and color of the car. The Ford Fusion is a beautiful car. I had to call out of work because of the extensive period of time spent at the dealership. The premise of this was I asked the salesman, if he were able to calculate the miles used on the Lincoln prior to the 5 years it has been used by me. Furthermore, Mr. Catalano gave me an inaccurate estimation of my Lincoln. The purchase of the Fusion was quite sudden. I saw various colors of the car. The color I intended to purchase was gray. He had shown me a gray metallic Ford Fusion, which had chromatic variation to it meaning at certain times of the day it would go from gray to a beige. The color looks as good as the white Ford Fusion, Mr. Catalano and I did a test drive with. After the drive I told him I would like to see the estimates on the Lincoln he said, " Why? You know you love the Fusion and you know you want it, why would you confuse yourself ?" I told him the Fusion is a lovely car, but I primarily came to the dealership to purchase a Lincoln. Instead he had given me the estimation of the Fusion, he sold to me. He refused to show me the Lincoln's paperwork, long story short, I drove out of the dealership with the 2016 Ford fusion that day.
