Well now we are in vacation and of course my key fob battery is low and it was also supposed to replaced on last visit according to the paperwork y'all sent me with. Also the bottoms of the car is hanging down. This service department is out of control. I doubt they have even been changing my oil. I will be contacting KIA directly when I return from my trip. This is absolutely ridiculous. Just one thing after another.

They took really great care for my car, and most importantly did not try to sell me things not necessary for my Kia. Francesca my service advisor was very polite and helpful for my service! More
