This was my first time ever buying a car. I was scared that this experience would be like how everyone was telling me, AWFUL. I went in and it turned out to be not at all that way. Before going to Shawnee Mission Kia, we had already driven the Sorento and knew pretty much exactly what we wanted so our time with sales personnel was limited. John's proposal was better than at least one other dealership that we had worked with previously. The other staff personnel that we worked with (finance, and when we picked up the car) were also very friendly and no pressure whatsoever. Great experience overall. More
