Great at first but let down I am from Racine WI and would never buy a car in this area due to the treatment people receive etc. I Found Sharon Z. via the internet at Sheboygan W I am from Racine WI and would never buy a car in this area due to the treatment people receive etc. I Found Sharon Z. via the internet at Sheboygan WI. She was quick and very helpful with communications etc. She stayed in Touch and scheduled a test drive. On May 12th I made the trip to they dealership. There I was introduced to Shakira Wery;. Shakira was nice, straight forward and Helpful. I conducted a test drive on a 2009 GMC Acadia SLT2 with her with the Dealer magnet plate on rear hatch.. It should be noted that this vehicle was previously repaired in the time I first contacted Sharon Z and the test drive. That was all communicated to me via cell from Sharon. I drove this vehicle knowing ahead of time that it was road worthy for a test drive but was not prepped as of May 12th. I took the vehicle for a test drive . I thought the vehicle was OK but needed various fixes and attention that I spoke to Shakia about . These matters were addressed as follows- *scratches and in need of polishing etc all around the vehicle *Obviously total detailing including the interiors area involving the general cleanup, which showed high debris in the seat tracking channels and gum on carpeting- * I observed two cordless headphones in the vehicle for the DVD player * I notice the trailer hitch convertor in the vehicle for the trailing lights * I pointed the rust on the door jam of the driver's side back door * I noticed numerous fairly small small dents around the vehicle's exterior but paint not broken * I pointed out the scratched and corroded alum wheels and Center Caps that looked bad * I noticed a windshield chip in the drivers side viewing area * I was told that the vehicle possessed a Navigational Device * I was told that I would be getting three months of Sateliite Radio * I was told that I would be getting three months of On-Star * I was told that everything on the vehicle will be in order and in proper working order * I was told that the deficiencies would be taken care of and addressed I photographed these various issues.. In negotiations , I asked for a reduction in pricing due to the various issues with the wheels, caps and was told that it would not be possible due to all the work that needs to be done on the vehicle. I made a offer to purchase based on the promises above. I agreed to the asking price .She indicated that as soon as she finds out when the vehicle would be ready she would call. After the test drive I sat with Shakira W . and asked if something could be done with the wheels and center caps. She stated that she would try with management and that was left open. I waited till Thursday and called to ask about the status of the vehicle. sharon contact me a said as soon as she knew when the vehicle was going to be ready. I got a notice that the vehicle will be ready on the May 19th. On May 19th, 2015, I traveled to Sheboygan WI . I viewed that vehicle and noticed it appeared to be detailed with a mere average cleanup. However on the Rear Hatch of the vehicle in the exact area that the Magnetic Dealer Plate was positioned on the test drive day May 12th, 2015 I noticed a considerable dented scratch with broken paint. I addressed with Shakira Wery and she spoke to a "Steve" and came back to the desk. At this point I did not submit the payment or sign my checks. Shakira Wery informed me that they will not repair this damage as they have done so much on the vehicle already. I informed Shakira Wery I was very disappointed and will be taking this matter up with Steve whom she supplied me with his business card. Additionally the center caps and wheels were in the same condition as well at the chip in the windshield as they were on the test drive date of May12th, 2015. I feel that the dent on the rear hatch should of been detailed as all the other much smaller defects were handled. I also feel that the dealership hid the damage from I the customers view. This should be repaired by the dealership. Additional this vehicle does not have a navigation. When the car was delivered , the headphones for the DVD were not present and the trailer hitch convertor for wiring was no longer present in the vehicle. The chip in the windshield appeared to also be overlooked. The detailing of the inside was at best avg. The Tracking devices in the second row bench area was so loaded with filth and dirt along with a jammed ball point pen in the track prevents free operation of the seat adjustors . The same area floor mats are extremely faded and fasteners missing or broken . I feel sad about the over all process. It started out fine and I drove along distance to do business but these matters are not leaving me with too good of a Warm fuzzy feeling.... More
