When I went car shopping I stopped at several different dealerships, but no one offered me the phenomenal service like what I got with Steve at Sheboygan Chevrolet. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn dealerships, but no one offered me the phenomenal service like what I got with Steve at Sheboygan Chevrolet. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't talk down to me even though I had had no previous experience and had to be completely walked through the process. I will only buy from this dealership, new or used, and I trust them to help me make a decision that's good for me. Thanks again Steve! More

This was hands down the best vehicle purchase experience ever! What started as communication on email (which was always prompt and courteous), to when we arrived to pick a vehicle...we experienced nothing ever! What started as communication on email (which was always prompt and courteous), to when we arrived to pick a vehicle...we experienced nothing but first class service. I didn't realize buying a vehicle could ever be so easy. No pressure, no false promises, no gimmicks. We had a trade in, and due to the economy needed to downsize. They offered me the best trade in value by far, and I got an honest, fair price on the vehicle we chose. This dealership will have all of our future business, hands down! And we are 90 mins away. Thank goodness for honest, hard working people who look out for the consumer. More

Arron was A OUTSTANDING SALE REPRESENTATIVE AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. LIKE ARRON SAYS IN HIS BIO THEY DO BUSINESS THE OLD FASHIONED WAY, "WITH A HAND SHAKE". When I arrived at the dealership I looked at the Chev Sliverado's and thought theres was no way they would be able to meet my expectations and was almost going to leave. At the last minute I decided to go in,what was there to loose. When I walk in I met Arron, we sat down and talked and he listened to what my plan was and what I was able to afford as far as a truck goes. I really could not believe it, in no time at all he had a truck on the lot that was exactly what I was looking for and at the monthly payment in which I could afford, with absolutely no hassle. When I came into the dealership it was because it was recommended to me, otherwise I had only been looking locally. I can honestly say this was my best experience ever buying a car. Jeff went out of his recommended to me, otherwise I had only been looking locally. I can honestly say this was my best experience ever buying a car. Jeff went out of his way to be there whenever he needed to be as we were only able to make it there in the evenings since we were from out of town. There was absolutely no pressure to buy right away or something the salesperson recommended. Adam also explained everything clearly and there was no questions left unanswered. When it came to picking up the vehicle Jeff went through all the options the vehicle had. I have not had the vehicle more than a week and have already recommended Sheboygan Chevolet twice. I would definitely come back for future vehicle purchases. When leaving I felt that I received the best deal I could possibly receive and never once felt pressured or taken advantaged of. More
