Alright, but nothing special The employees we dealt with were very kind, courteous and helpful, but let's face it, they want to sell a vehicle. We liked the 'no hassle', 'no haggl The employees we dealt with were very kind, courteous and helpful, but let's face it, they want to sell a vehicle. We liked the 'no hassle', 'no haggle' pricing and we believe their vehicles are not salvaged/flood damaged vehicles. We were surprised that the fluids, like antifreeze, washer fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluids; were not topped off. We needed to add to all. Which makes us question whether the vehicle was really inspected when it arrived. At the very least, it is poor customer service. There is a sticker that would lead us to believe there was an oil change. Can we trust it? We were also, misinformed about the type of oil that our vehicle was given. We were specifically told a synthetic blend was given and could be used, but that is FALSE. If we had not been diligent in asking questions to other automotive stores/shops, our vehicle would have been given the wrong oil. Our advice would be not to trust. Ask many questions, be proactive and double check... More
